Success in this role hinges on possessing outstanding interpersonal abilities, strong computer skills and a proven track record in overseeing hospitality operations, including expertise in event organisation. Above all, your capacity to lead by example and actively connect with both the team and your customers alike will be paramount for achieving excellence in this position as a Hospitality Supervisor.
The role:
- Delivering excellent service for events
- Adhere to exceptionally high standards of food safety to include allergies and dietary requirements.
- Respond to orders in a timely manner
- Organising and managing events from start to finish
- Manage customer expectations
You will be able to demonstrate you team management skills and ability to lead and support a successful team.
Hours of work will be Monday- Friday daytime and occasional evening or weekends.
