Key Result Areas Act as a named Health Visitor for a defined team caseload. To develop a team caseload profile, assessing needs as Universal, Universal Plus, Universal Partnership Plus. Develop and implement strategies to improve Public Health through Health Education, Health Promotion activities using evidence based research and practice. Leading and delivering on the Healthy Child programme 0-5, working with partner agencies to improve outcomes for children. Health Coaches will manage and prioritise a caseload, in accordance with the health and wellbeing needs of their population through taking an approach that is non-judgemental, based on strong communication and negotiation skills, while considering the whole person when addressing existing issues.
