Responsibility:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of corporate, financial and accounting functions including accounting,cash flow management, budgetary and tax planning and forecasting.    
• Oversea, review and implement accounting and finance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards.   
• Provide timely report and advice to management on the status of the Company's financial position,operational result and capital planning.
• Analyse and review all finance and accounting reports including profitability analysis and credit and cash flow analysis.
• Liaise with external parties including financial institutions, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, legal advisors, government bodies for statutory and legislative requirements.

Requirements :
