We have an exciting opportunity for a Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Associate role in a Wellness and Fitness Services business based in Oxfordshire. The QA Executive will have a crucial role in ensuring the quality, safety, and adherence to regulatory standards for the product portfolio.
Job Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. The position necessitates knowledge of chemistry, biology, microbiology, food science, or a related field.
Applicants with 1-2 years of experience or those at entry level are welcome to apply.
Quality assurance and quality control experience in the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or related industries is preferred.
Bilingual candidates (English-Mandarin) are preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Capabilities in effective communication and teamwork.

Job Responsibilities:
Carry out tasks related to quality assurance and quality control to guarantee the integrity, safety, and consistency of products.
Aid the company in upholding product compliance with local and international regulations.
Collaborate with the Business Development and Sales team to offer technical expertise in response to customer inquiries regarding product quality and compliance, which includes managing complaints.
Support the Sales/BD teams in the preparation of customer compliance documentation.
Assist the science team in executing and delivering an Innovate UK grant recently awarded.
Provide quality and regulatory support for ongoing and future R&D projects, encompassing product formulation enhancements and validation of health claims.
Participate in the product release process, which includes reviewing batch records, conducting final quality assessments, and ensuring timely product release.
Manage and implement SOPs to ensure consistent and efficient quality processes.
Maintain and update quality control data and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for audits and reporting.
Monitor and analyze quality data to pinpoint trends and areas for improvement, and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.
Support the evaluation, technical agreements, and performance monitoring of vendors through audits.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within vendor management and implement best practices.
Execute quality assurance tasks in both order fulfillment and inventory management processes.
