The COMPANY
Our client is a well-established not for profit trust. They are now one of the UK's largest organisations in their field employing over 4000 people. Our client is looking for an Administrator to act as a Property Coordinator to join the property team. This role is covering maternity leave.
The ROLE
The Property Coordinator will be required to:
* Support the property maintenance team in the delivery of compliance, servicing, reactive, responsive, planned and planned preventative maintenance to the care homes.
* Monitor maintenance and servicing requests.
* Review maintenance issues daily and prioritise.
* Co-ordinate the continuous improvement of the work of the property team.
* Handle general enquiries.
* Attend and minute monthly meetings.
* Preparing tender documentation.
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a strong Administrator with the following skills and experience:
* Certificate in Facilities Management or similar related qualification in Property Management.
* Experience of working in a similar role.
* Experience supporting responsive maintenance function, including contract management.
* Knowledge of building maintenance and associated risks and compliance issues.
* Experience of facilities management systems (CAFM)
* Customer service and co-ordination skills .
* A good understanding of MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
