Our client, CONFETA PTY LTD, is looking to employ an IT administrator (262113 SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR) who is an experienced, reliable, and self-motivated person. Confeta is a leading manufacturer and supplier of paper packaging for the bakery and food service industry. This position will be responsible for handling the Software and technical aspects of the business.
The positions will be on a full-time basis with a salary ranging from 70 - 85 K AUD per annum plus superannuation which will be negotiable to the right candidate.

IT Administrator:
As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth and secure operations. This includes monitoring networks, upgrading and configuring hardware and software, implementing security protocols, and providing technical support to end-users. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing manufacturing software, implementing CRM systems, exploring AI applications, and driving digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hardware and Software Management: Upgrade, install, and configure new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
- Security Implementation: Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
- User Account Management: Create user accounts and perform access control to ensure secure data access.
- System Optimization: Perform diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
- Data Management: Document processes, back up and archive data, and develop data retrieval and recovery procedures.
- Database Systems Testing and Upgrades: Test database systems and upgrades, including debugging, tracking, reproduction, logging, and
resolving all identified problems according to approved quality testing scripts, procedures, and processes
- End-User Support: Design and implement efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
- IT Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
- Manufacturing Software: Design and develop software solutions tailored to manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- CRM Implementation: Implement and manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to enhance customer interactions and business processes.
- AI Integration: Investigate and implement the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to improve business operations and decision-making.
- Digital Marketing: Support digital marketing efforts by leveraging technology to enhance online presence, SEO, and marketing analytics.
