As a Food Production Operative, you will need to have:

Role of a Food Production Operative:

• Ensure that the correct ingredients are placed in the correct position.
• Follow all Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) to ensure that we work in a safe working environment.
• Store/stack food in designated containers and storage areas.
• This role involves some degree of lifting, pushing, and pulling.

• Support your team and enjoy working in a clean safe and friendly environment.

We are recruiting for Food Production Operative roles in the Northampton area for Europe's largest Sandwich Manufacturer. Our customer is a leading manufacturer of convenience foods. Shift Patterns:

• Day shift: 06:00 - 14:30 any 5 from 7

• Night shift: 22:00 - 06:00 any 5 from 7

• These roles are FULL-TIME ONLY.

• With these roles, a degree of flexibility is expected.

Pay Rates

• Day shift: £11.79 per hour (£14.74 per overtime hour)

• Night shift: £12.92 per hour (£16.15 per overtime hour)
