Main Tasks and Duties

• Promote the stable development of asset management and custody services for the Bank, strengthen team management, and achieve operational targets.
• Enhance the China-Singapore financial connectivity innovation plan and actively apply for the first batch of pilot programs with regulatory authorities in both countries.
• Explore opportunities arising from the expansion of QDII and the accelerated opening of China’s financial markets to drive asset growth.
• Lead the drafting of optimization requirements for the custody system to enhance the automation of cross-border custody services.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with various departments of the head office and entities within the group, strengthening synergies in asset management and custody services across the group.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Master degree , preferably in Banking, Finance, Economics,Business Administration or other related disciplines
• Good command of English and Chinese languages as this role will need frequent communication with China regulatory authorities, Singapore regulatory authorities, clients, internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.
• 15 years (or above) of experience in Banks and 10 years (or above) of experience in managerial role
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments

Main Tasks and Duties

• Assist in the development and implementation of bank strategies and policies
• Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve the bank's strategic objectives
• Implement and monitor operational procedures to enhance productivity and minimize risks
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with financial regulations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Ensure the bank adheres to internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Lead and mentor department managers and staff to achieve performance targets
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and opportunities for growth
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submission of required reports
• Represent the bank in meetings, conferences, and industry events

Job Requirements

• Master degree, preferably in Banking, Finance, Business Administration or Economy
• Possess over 20 years of managerial expereience in the banking industry
• Possess strong analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments
• Proactive, energetic, result oriented and possess good business acumen

Main Tasks and Duties

• Implement the headquarters' strategic and business development requirements by focusing on the goal of establishing our bank as the "Preferred Bank for Personal Finance" and the "Bank of Choice for Foreign Exchange Services." Effectively organize the execution of key projects, client marketing, and business expansion to achieve work objectives and enhance the branch's retail business competitiveness.
• Manage communications and reporting with the headquarters, and foster collaboration with other institutions within the group and across departments within the branch to increase the value and impact of our retail products and services.
• Innovate and optimize retail products, actively participate in the design, development, launch, and promotion of retail business and products.
• Lead the formulation, updating, and implementation of regulations related to retail business, ensuring effective risk compliance and anti-money laundering management to support the healthy growth of the retail business.
• Oversee departmental staff management and branch personnel management, organizing various business and service training programs.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements
