Job Description & Requirements:
- Hands-on design, configuration, customization, testing & deployment of SAP SD solutions.
- Work with business users to understand/clarify business requirements, analyze business processes, and propose & develop solutions.
- Support integration with other SAP modules and non-SAP systems.
- Review and propose enhancements to existing SAP solutions and processes.
- Maintain and create documentation, user guides, and program specifications.
- Conduct trainings, if required.
- Adhere to IS&T development & documentation standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems.
- Minimum 10 plus years of SAP SD experience, preferably in the mining/assets industry.
- Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0.
- Strong SAP SD functional, design, and configuration skills as an implementation consultant or part of a solution delivery team.
- Material Management (MM) and Logistics Execution (LE-SHP) functional experience.
- Strong understanding and analytical skills about the Order to Cash business process.
- Knowledge of integration with SAP FICO/MM.
- Knowledge of BW4, ABAP, RFC, LSWM, queries, and scripts will be advantageous.
- Knowledge and experience with Formula and Average (F&A) pricing will be advantageous.
- The ability to develop small ABAP reports/routines and debug is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work interdependently with minimum supervision.
- Good time management skills, ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Experience with Agile / Scrumban / SAFe methodology.
- Project management experience.
