Responsibilities:

• Managing Intellectual Property (IP) portfolio.
• Assist in preparing documents relating to Intellectual Property matters and handled in a timely and efficient manner.
• Attending to client’s enquiries.
• Conduct legal research and responding to office actions.
• Liasing with MyIPO and foreign IP associates.
• Track and report IP maintenance, renewal, and filling requirement.
• Files and documents management.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings.
• Operative and Administrative tasks.
• Job Type: Full-time

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field. Bachelor's in Science and Business are welcomed.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English (written and spoken)
• Fresh graduates are welcomed, guidance will be provided.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel and Canvas
• Strong time management, detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and collaboratively.
