Job Description :

• Perform service, maintenance and repair Ai Robotic machines in both warehouse and at customers’ sites
• Focus on Ai Robotic machine and general maintenance of equipment and machinery
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on all equipment
• Be on-call to respond to urgent customer needs on site
• Able to travel outstation and work overtime to get job done
• Provide training to customer on the usage of equipment
• Visit sites to determine equipment application or inspect customer unit
• Work closely with Sales Team and System partner for presales support, proof of concept testing, debugging as well as installation

Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate of SPVM, Vokaional, Diploma, Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or equivalent
• Prefer 1 – 2 years of experience with electrical, mechanical and robotic systems
• Know how to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin is an added advantage
• Possess own car and driving license. GDL license in an added advantage
• Applicant must be willing to work in Kajang, Selangor. Travel is required, thus flexibility is a must.
