Your new role
You will:

• Manage a portfolio of clients from a wide range of sectors and sizes
• Prepare, send and submit accounts & tax returns for our clients, including Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies.
• Communicate as required with clients via phone, email, social media and in person, including chasing records.
• Onboard new clients and integrate them into your portfolio
• Optimise and plan the tax efficiency of clients as required.
• Act as liaison between clients and HM Revenue & Customs to deal with and resolve queries as required.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA, ACCA or ATT qualified or equivalent with at least 5 years of Practice experience. Excellent communication skills are required with the ability to liaise with clients and manage your portfolio succinctly and efficiently.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to £55,000 depending on experience. Flexible working options are available with 2 days working from home.

HR Transformation Project Manager

Woking, Surrey

Hybrid (family friendly & flexible)

Salary: £55,000-£60,000

Our client is a highly respected commercial organisation based in Woking, Surrey. Having carved out a brand-new department within their business they are seeking to introduce the above role into their organisation. This role will take their people on a productivity journey and act as a project and change manager to drive the people and culture agenda from a productivity perspective

What you will enjoy doing

• As part of this role, you will help them build, foster and embrace a positive productivity culture helping others understand the benefits whilst ensuring they celebrate and reward their successes
• You will have the opportunity to make a real difference, as you use your influencing skills you will act as an internal catalyst for our clients productivity team, project teams and the wider organisation
• You will play an important role in driving the capabilities of their organisation forward identifying where there are gaps in productivity skills and knowledge and delivering the training, upskilling, and knowledge sharing to others
• Furthermore, you will develop a range of digital skills and capabilities which includes supporting and facilitating digital bootcamps and collaborating with people to share best practice from others
• Lastly, you will be responsible for our productivity tools such as the Power Steering Tool and Productivity Program benchmarking

What makes you great

• You have great networking skills with the ability to create a network of people who can support with skills and knowledge both internally and externally
• You are comfortable using MS office & other IT platforms with a passion to learn new digital tools or ways to train others and communicate
• In addition, you are an excellent communicator with experience of influencing others and communicating effectively to employees
• You have the ability to work in an agile manner, and are comfortable operating with a level of uncertainty when needed
• Experience of six-sigma and LEAN methodologies
• Furthermore, you have experience with designing and delivering training
• And lastly, you work with integrity, role modelling the behaviours aligned to being an inclusive workplace
