Your new company
A leading retailer based in the UK that also has a global presence, operating in over 10 countries around the world. Due to some recent acquisitions, they are now looking to strengthen their Digital PMO function with a Finance Transformation Business Analyst to work on a software standardisation project.
Your new role
Reporting into the Director of Finance Operations and sitting within the Digital PMO function, you will support the continuous advancement of the project and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and ensure digital risks and controls are managed and maintained. You will work alongside business stakeholders, subject matter experts, digital counterparts and external partners to determine end user requirements, functional specification, and end user training material. They are seeking a collaborative individual with excellent stakeholder management skills who will be confident in communicating complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders, along with strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and reporting tools.
What you'll need to succeed
* 3+ years Business Analysis experience
* Experience of Waterfall and Agile project requirement gathering/documentation methodologies
* Experience of Microsoft Project, ServiceNow SPM, SAP Solution Manager, ProMaps
* Advanced use of Microsoft packages
* Professional Certifications including BCS BA, Prince2, Agile or equivalent
What you'll get in return
You can expect a basic salary in the region of £36,000 to £47,000 (depending on experience), along with a range of other benefits including performance related bonus, life assurance, health & wellbeing support, learning & development, retail discounts and flexitime.
