Hays are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Partner TNR Training Manager to join our client on an ongoing long-term temporary assignment for an approximate duration of 12 months.
Your new role
- Train the trainer in terms of what TNR is and how it impacts retailers and our business.
- Training what TNR is and FS specifics to Retailers and internal associates alike.
- Understanding the impact of our current courses and their respective content on the new agent model and how Financial Services will be sold.
- Scoping any gaps in our current course portfolio.
- Scoping any rewriting of existing course content and delivery to reflect the new agent model for MINI for both Instructor led Face to Face and Virtual Training, as well as self-serve digital training, across many formats, such as eLearning, video, podcast and more.
- Doing the course rewriting. Central-based material that is both instructor-led and self-serve learning will be released and will need to be localised for the UK & IE markets.
- Setting up a hybrid environment for training delivery to Agents and 'as-is' sales approach for 2024.
- Transitioning the hybrid model of training delivery to an all-agent model for BMW and MINI.
What you\'ll need to succeed
- GCSE level standard Mathematics/English.
- CPD certificate in Training is desirable, but not essential.
- Developing and managing F & I product knowledge, profit and sales skills at all levels of a Retailer
- Designing, delivering, building and maintaining, and evaluating blended training across multiple channels/formats within the automotive industry and leasing industries
- Experience in leading & managing delegates at all business levels of the retailer and intermediary network.
- Training content development for classroom delivery plus strong IT literacy and skills for virtual content creation.
- Experience using training development software such as Vyond and Articulate, plus other similar software packages.
- Training delivery Face to Face and virtually and its evaluation.
- Strong Project Management skills and experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation.
- Excellent and proven interpersonal skills collaborating with a wide range of business areas and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry and practices.
- A highly self-motivated, disciplined self-starter with the ability to work independently in various locations and environments.
