Role: Corporate and Community Partnerships Officer
Salary: £29,000 per annum
Location: Guildford, Surrey
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
You will be responsible for:
-Identifying, cultivating, and establishing relationships with corporate sponsors and community organisations that align with halow project’s mission.
-Preparing and presenting partnership proposals. Submitting applications for charity of the year relationships, pitching for strategic partnerships
-Maintaining ongoing communication with partners to ensure strong, productive relationships and address any concerns.
-Facilitating collaborative initiatives, events, and programs that promote mutual benefit and community impact.
-Organising and manage partnership-related events, including meetings, workshops, and community outreach activities.
-Tracking partnership outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of collaborations, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
-Representing the organisation at community events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build connections and promote partnerships.
-Assisting in the development and management of budgets related to partnership initiatives and events.
-Working with the Communications and Events Officer to ensure seamless communications of key partnership milestones across our social media platforms. ---Develop promotional materials and communications that highlight partnership successes and opportunities for engagement.
-Providing guidance and support to staff and volunteers involved in partnership activities, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
Requirements:
-Demonstrable experience of working in office administration support roles and working to deadlines.
-Demonstrable experience of producing documents monitoring, evaluation and producing reports.
-An understanding of the Fundraising Code of Practise
-An excellent standard of verbal and written English with an ability to communicate with people of all abilities
-Confident IT skills, especially in the use of CRM systems.
-Excellent presentation skills.
-Aged 18 and above
-Right to work in the UK

-Willing to undertake a Basic DBS Check. The initial cost of the DBS application will be paid for by halow.
