We are a looking for a BIM Leader / Senior Structural Revit Technician with a minimum background of 4 years experience in building structures design, for a permanent position working on residential and commercial projects in the UK.

As the BIM Leader / Senior Structural Revit Technician you will be working on a range of structural engineering projects and should be able to demonstrate experience working in Structural Revit along with experience in RC Detailing and Rebar design. The business works closely with architectural practices, and has an excellent pipeline of ongoing work requiring someone on a permanent basis in house completing Revit and RC based work.

To be suitable for the BIM Leader / Senior Structural Revit Technician post you must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working to British Standards and Eurocodes in a Structural Technician role, and have Structural Revit and rebar experience.

Proficiency in these design standards are requested in order to comply with UK legislation on the required projects, and you must have excellent written technical English with demonstrable experience in producing accurate reports.

In order to be able to attend client meetings and site visits, it is desirable that you have a driving licence and your own vehicle for the role.

Salary dependant on experience, permanent candidates only no contractors considered.

We are a looking for a Head of Engineering / Principal Structural Engineer with a minimum background of 8 years experience in building structures design, for a permanent position working on residential and commercial projects in the UK.

As the Head of Engineering / Principal Structural Engineer you will be working on a range of structural engineering projects and should be able to demonstrate experience in completing structural surveys, inspections and design work on projects in these sectors. Building from this your skills will be required in the financial side of the business, preparing fee quotations, reviewing scope of services and consultancy agreements, monitoring costs and carrying out financial evaluations of design projects.

This position as Head of Engineering, is designed with a the leading of the technical direction in mind - with the business looking for someone to take responsibility for managing engineering departments in tasks such as research and design. You will be responsible for planning engineering strategies, and overseeing the engineering work delivered by the team, as well as providing technical solutions and expert advise to the engineers.

To be suitable for the Principal Structural Design Engineer post you must have a minimum of 8 years previous experience working to British Standards and Eurocodes following a Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a UK based university. (Candidates with an additional Masters degree in these subjects also from a UK based University would be desirable).

Proficiency in these design standards and an educational background here in the UK are requested in order to comply with UK legislation on the required projects, and you must have excellent written technical English with demonstrable experience in producing accurate reports.
