You will be responsible to learn the skills and knowledge in this industry, including learning what and how to be a great Interior Design Consultant/ Specialist. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to create inspiring and functional interior solutlions that meet our clients' needs. The Interior Design Consultant will also be responsible for presenting designs and proposals to clients, learn how to manage project timelines and budgets, project management and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop AutoCAD and 3D visuals perspective rendering and layout plans with detailed specifications.
• Assist and work closely with inter-department teams.
• Develop and execute high-quality interior design concepts including mood boards and layout plans.
• Draft and prepare layout drawings.
• Able to manage multiple projects at one time.
• Create and upload interior walkthroughs using motion graphic software (KuJiaLe will be a plus!).
• Collaborate with sales, contractors and project managers on projects.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec / Diploma in Interior Design or ID Architecture.
• Knowledge in 2D & 3D design (AutoCAD, 3Ds MAX / SketchUp Pro / Kujiale / InDesign/ Illustrator/ Photoshop) is a plus.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as an Interior Designer, space planning from concept to implementation stage for residential to commercial.
• Knowledge of the design process, including M&E and detail construction / shop drawings, colour & materials, furniture and carpentry systems, specifications, and detailing will be a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, hardworking, willing to work independently and as a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.

Job Description

GOAT Creative Studio, a interior design firm, is seeking a skilled and Creative Content Creator (Social Media) Intern to join our team. You will learn and be responsible for developing engaging and visually appealing content that showcases our projects, promotes our brand and attracts a targeted audience.

Roles & Responsibility

• Come up with innovative ideas and solutions to engage customers and differentiate the brand from competitors.
• Brainstorm ideas and creating creative contents (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, Website & etc) to increase followers, views and engagements.
• Videoshoot and photoshoot.
• Engage with our online community, respond to comments and inquiries, and foster positive relationships with our audience.
• Content deliverables include social media videos, photos, animations, GIFs, TikTok content and other design elements that will be used on online and offline marketing channels.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

Requirement

• Possess a willing to learn and fast learner mindset
• Have a thing for creativity and meticulous to details
• Creatively different from others and thinking ahead.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the marketing message to the target audience
• The capacity to adapt to changes in the market and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
• Familiar with design/ video editing softwares like InDesign, Photoshop, Capcut, PremierePro & etc will be a plus!
• Hype with the latest social media / industry trends
