Previous automotive / production experience is essential.

Production Operative responsibilities:
* Working on a production line, loading & unloading trays from conveyor belts
* Palletising trays ready for dispatch
* Organising recycling
* Inspecting & quality control of items
* Accurate completion of paperwork
* Working at high speeds and meeting company targets (KPI's)
* Work within a team of factory operatives to ensure the workplace environment is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness and always complies with company and legislative standards.

Production Operative required skills:
* Enthusiastic, reliable, and punctual
* Good attitude to work and learn new skills.
* No experience required full training provided
Production Operative Pay:

* Use of various machines and tools
* Manual lifting to 25 kg
* Majority of work will be physical

The Company: The UK's market leader in electropolishing and chemical surface treatment processes

Main Purpose:
To perform the duties relating to Metal Finishing as and when designated by the Production Manager/Supervisor to include -
Pickling, Electropolishing, Inspection, Packing, Despatch and Fork Truck driving, On Site Work and Relief Chemical Mixer

Key Tasks/Responsibilities:
Receive incoming customer work/raw materials from drivers.
Load work/products for despatch.
Deal with relevant paperwork.
Carry out pre-treatment if necessary.
Prepare and load work for processing.
Setting parameters for processing.
Carrying out the cleaning/pickling/passivating/electropolishing.
Carrying out all necessary post treatments.
Ensuring that all work is suitably dried, inspected and packed to required quality levels.
Store raw materials when required.
Mix products according to mixing instructions and orders.
Decant chemical product mixes for storage or despatch.
Carry out onsite duties when required, which may include overnight work and/or staying onsite.
General duties as required by the management team.

• Working on a production line clearing down plastics trays, and putting them in the industrial dishwasher
