GI Group National Accounts has a truly unique opportunity for a Recruitment Resource Specialist to be part of their exciting growth plans. Working to support some of our amazing accounts we are looking for someone who is able to bring new ideas for attracting candidates, is able to work in a fast paced environment and who enjoys a challenge.
The successful person will work to targets to place people into temporary roles by managing the process from advertisement of vacancies through to compliance checks and then onto arranging start dates. This is a very rewarding role where no day is ever the same.

Responsibilities
- Place adverts that are creative and innovative on Broadbean, various job boards and social media to maximise attraction
- Telephone screening / interviewing candidates providing information and comprehensive advice on the recruitment process and the job role applied for
- Completing relevant candidate identity and Right to Work checks
- Completing progress updates daily through effective pipeline management to provide a detailed and precise update to monitor fulfilment and highlight any recruitment risks
- Through good interpersonal skills, build and establish effective working relationships with our internal colleagues to liaise on resourcing requirements, applicant progress and activity
- Displays ownership and accountability to ensure all candidate vetting is submitted correctly and meets customer standards and employment legislation
