Job Responsibilities
- Manage data entry and update accounting record on daily basis.
-Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
-Recording and filing cash transactions. Controlling credit and chasing debt.
-To maintain proper filing system to ensure all documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
-Provide administrative support to Finance Manager
-Assist in daily operation task such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail,
-Basic bookkeeping and other ad hoc task assigned by superior.
Requirements :-
-Diploma OR Degree in any disciplines or equivalent.
-General computer with excel and word knowledge.
-Positive and engaging attitude.
-Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia -
