Business Administration Internship Opportunity - October Intake

Location: Volkswagen Glenmarie Branch

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Branch Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Gain exposure to operations management and administrative duties, including invoicing, billing and preparing reports.
• Maintain an organized filing system and manage office supplies inventory.
• Prepare and maintain proper documentation of petty cash record and transactions.
• Assist in sales invoicing, insurance renewals, vehicle registrations and other administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with contractors to obtain competitive quotes.
• Comply with all standard operating procedures (SOP).

Who We’re Looking For:

• Current student enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Diploma program in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to take on varied tasks.
• Must have own transport as the branch is not directly accessible by public transportation.
• Available to start by October for a minimum of 4 months. Internship allowance provided.
