Are you a Project Director / Pre Construction Director interested in taking the lead from the pre construction of a design & build healthcare project in Manchester?
Due to the successful contract award, you will be required to take the lead from the design stage through to project delivery.

Experience / Qualifications Required for Project Director:
- Proven pre construction lead capability within a large / Tier 1 contractor environment.
- Experience of delivering earlier Procure21 / Procure23 / healthcare projects from pre construction stage to project delivery
- Academically Qualified either BSC / HND or equivalent with relevant industry certificates & professional membership.
- Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk
