We've got a unique opportunity for a Maintenance Plumber to work on a prestigious family estate in Berkshire.
The Engineer will need to have experience within plumbing, working within different environments which are fast pasted and reactive. The motivated candidate will be proactive across the site completing the PPMs, Reactives and minor install works. The Engineer will be based on the Berkshire site for most of the time with a vehicle provided when travelling to other properties within Central London.
The chosen candidate will need to have qualifications or experience within Plumbing with qualifications such as City & Guilds level 2.
Experience with the following is required:
- Water courses
- Flushing
- Pumps
- BMS (Bonus)
- Plant Rooms
- Solar Panels (Bonus)
- Plumbing
The Company we are working closely with offer excellent benefits on site and directly to the candidate. For this position they are offering a 6-month fixed term contract with a salary up to £35,000 plus a bonus and benefits. They are also planning for the candidate to go permanent after the 6-months.
Some benefits are as followed: Vehicles on site, 26 days holiday + Bank holidays, Bonus, Private Healthcare and Pension. The bonus scheme is based on the performance of the Engineers, the team, and the upkeep of the site.
