We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of both technical and non-technical facilities services. The ideal candidate will oversee maintenance tasks, coordinate with contractors, and support day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate maintenance activities for heating, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
Arrange and manage contractor callouts and quotes.
Support procurement processes and manage purchase orders.
Serve as the main point of contact for service providers and contractors.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices.
Assist with facility inspections and emergency response procedures.
Provide occasional reception coverage and assist with event setups.
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of both hard and soft facilities services.
Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Strong initiative and proactive problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
