Job Title: Domiciliary RQIA Registered Manager

Salary: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year (experience depending)

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance and Regulation:

- Ensure unwavering compliance with RQIA standards, maintaining adherence to all regulatory requirements.

Leadership and Management:

- Lead and inspire our dedicated team, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance:

- Implement cutting-edge quality assurance systems to drive continuous improvement in care delivery.

Staff Development:

- Recruit, train, and mentor our exceptional staff, ensuring they possess the skills needed to provide outstanding care.

Client Engagement:

- Cultivate effective communication channels with clients, residents, and their families, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Budget Management:

- Navigate the agency's budget with finesse, ensuring efficient resource allocation within budgetary constraints.

Health and Safety:

- Create and maintain a safe environment for clients, residents, and staff, overseeing health and safety policies and procedures.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Keep meticulous records in line with regulatory requirements and generate regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Essential: RQIA Registered Manager status
- Background in healthcare management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Exceptional leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
