Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality administrative support to multiple departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and catering arrangements
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring their availability and ordering as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, and proofreading
- Coordinate and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Support ad-hoc projects and assignments as required
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 3 days in the office to support the business executives
