About Us:
Mike Rich Property Ltd, established in 2023, is focused on developing a network of high-quality childcare centres in Perth. With strong financial backing and a clear strategic plan, the company aims to launch its first childcare centre by 2026, with a commitment to offer high-quality early learning environments across Perth, placing children and families at the heart of its operations. The company’s centres will provide safe, nurturing spaces where children can thrive, supported by passionate educators who understand the importance of a positive community environment.
We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Personal Assistant to join us on a full time, permanent basis.
The Role:
The role will require the successful applicant to perform the following duties and tasks on an ongoing basis:
• Screening calls and enquiries, managing emails and appointment calendars
• Client intake and onboarding procedures
• Organizing client requests and maintaining client files in line with the current filing and database systems and suggesting improvements as necessary
• Issuing deposit requests, invoices and receipts
• Data entry and general record keeping duties
• Requesting, collecting and checking client documents
• Ensuring client matters are prioritised by deadlines and are dealt with properly and in a timely manner
• Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing to all participants
• Liaising with staff and monitoring progress of file matters
• Providing personal and administrative assistance to the Directors, including transcribing, acting as meeting secretary, drafting correspondence, diary management, preparing management reports, preparing presentations, managing travel, booking exhibitions and seminars, basic bookkeeping and assisting with business development, marketing and advertising efforts.
About You:
To be successful the applicant will need to have the following qualifications and work experience:
• Relevant Australian qualification or Overseas equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience

• Be able to prioritise tasks and multi-task efficiently and effectively

• Be computer literate and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Present professionally and provide excellent customer service.
