Job purpose
Be supporting role in providing expert nutrition guidance, conducting product training, health talks, and nutritional training programs for our client to improve their knowledge of the company products.
Duties and responsibilities
Nutritional product training:
- Support assistant manager Nutritionist or Marketing Manager to conduct product training for internal staff (e.g. sales and marketing team and customer service).
- Conduct and implement product training and workshops for organization members and help leaders meet specified performance expectations. Ensure the team is well equipped with product knowledge.
- Assist head of department to develop E-learning modules, product training manuals, digital training materials (e.g. educational cards/ posters, video clips and etc.)
Consumer nutrition education & consultation:
- Provide nutritional consultation and product recommendations to customers according to their health condition and requirements. Offer advice on how to stay healthy and provide support on their progress.
- Support and provide product/health info updates on social media platforms.
- Handle and provide product-related nutritional health information sharing (through face-to-face sessions, incoming calls, emails, and social media enquiry inbox).
Scientific editorial & communication materials:
- Always keep up-to-date on the market trends in terms of product knowledge and the latest nutritional findings.
- Update health articles and manage product information and health tips content on the company website and social media.
- Support marketing E-newsletter content management in relation to customer health and product information.
- Prepare and develop creative and conceptual ideas on marketing nutrition materials to support the sales team based on training needs, available data and research, which includes product brochures, catalogues, advertorials, detailing kits and necessary material based on monthly needs, events, etc.
- Support marketing in researching literature and scientific reviews in related to active ingredients as compared to competitor brands.
Requirements and skills
- Any degree in Nutrition/ Dietetics/Community Health or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fluent in spoken English & Chinese. Candidates with proficiency in conversing in Mandarin / Cantonese would be an added advantage.
- Willing to learn attitude and good communication skills.
- Able to build strong relationships with clients, and organizations.
- Positive working attitude with a good learning spirit and independence.
- Good coordination & self-management skills.
