An exciting opportunity has arisen for a International Recruitment Operational Lead at East London Foundation Trust, the provider of Community and Primary Care and Mental Health Services within East London and Bedfordshire.
We are seeking an inspired and motivated Nurse or AHP to lead and build on the Trust wide model for International Recruitment across Nursing Medicine and Allied Health Professionals.
This includes providing strong leadership for the delivery of international recruitment including leading on recruitment campaigns working with our recruitment partners and service leads, ensuring education programmes and governance systems are embedded and overseeing the pastoral care of internationally recruited health care professionals.
We are looking for a Leader who has positive influence and the ability to make rational decisions in the face of adversity. With significant experience in recruitment and workforce development and a strong and engaging style in communication. You will need to have had experience of successfully managing the implementation of change in a large and complex organisation. You will work with colleagues who hold corporate and professional responsibility for international recruitment.
The post holder will be responsible for direct line management of the International Recruitment team and contribute to the ongoing development of clinical practice, research, and standards of care within the service, as well as policies, protocols, guidelines, and service developments.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to consider the wider picture across the multi professional groups will be key alongside possession of exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.
The post holder will support the development of new approaches to international recruitment for East London Foundation Trust and will share best practice across our Integrated Care Systems and NHS England, international recruitment leads.
