Information Advice and Guidance Advisor needed in Barnsley

The rate is £14.17ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will work within the local area however; they will need to be able to travel across the area. Some administrative tasks may be completed at home but it is envisaged that applicants will work flexibly to meet the needs of the resident as well as the business.

Applicants must have a minimum Level 3 IAG qualification, or a minimum 2 years’ experience of working in an employment focused role.

The role involves the use of a web based CRM system so all applicants must be able to use IT. You will be provided with a laptop and mobile phone to enable you to complete the work.

Full time hours on a temporary basis

This role will involve:

• Input, check and maintain a variety of electronic and paper-based systems, ensuring information is accurate and stored appropriately
• Assist in the design and development of internal systems and processes to ensure the efficient functioning of the service as well as ensuring that confidential information is dealt with appropriately
• Gather, collate, analyse and evaluate data/information/statistics and produce reports/information/data which is appropriate for a range of audiences
• Deal with telephone and face to face enquiries providing appropriate advice and guidance to customers as required.
