Chef de Partie

We are now looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. Previous experience in a similar role is required.

We are currently looking for a Fitness Instructor to join our team at Donnington Valley Hotel & Spa. Full or Part Time hours available.

Donnington Valley Hotel and Spa is a 4 star plus hotel located in Newbury, Berkshire. The hotel boasts 111 bedrooms, 11 meeting rooms, state of the art Health Club and Spa, and a challenging 18-course golf club. Sister hotel to The Vineyard, Donnington holds a high reputation for food and wine. With a 2 AA rosette restaurant and an award winning wine list the hotel caters for meetings, events, weddings and leisure guests.

Summary of Job Role:

To continually encourage and motivate our clients in the pursuit of their fitness goals through regular fitness assessments and exercise programs.
Conduct gym inductions with members and guests.
Conduct personal training sessions.
Instruct group exercise classes
Supervising the gym floor and ensuring a clean, well maintained environment for the safety, comfort and enjoyment of members and guests.
Carry out regular pool tests
To provide an exceptional customer experience for all of our guests.
Qualifications:

NVQ Level 2 Fitness Instructor
NVQ Level 3 Personal Training - Qualified or working towards qualification
Class Qualifications are preferred but not essential
