Role: Production Coordinator
Location: Worksop, S80 3AT
Hours: 40 hpw, between 06:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday
There are vacancies in the following areas - Set & Test, Hydraulics, and Electrical.
In this role, you will take responsibility for a designated area during holidays, absences, and training, ensuring smooth operations and supporting the team to achieve targets in Health & Safety, Quality, and Production. You will be the go-to person for basic support and guidance, escalating issues when necessary, and setting a positive example for your team.
Key responsibilities include promoting Health & Safety awareness, assisting with quality monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a positive team culture. You will coordinate tasks, encourage a proactive attitude, and ensure that team members prioritise product quality and safety.
Qualifications that set you apart:
Ability to read electrical and hydraulic drawings
Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
Ability to motivate others
Ability to provide guidance and support to members of the team
