- Directing and controlling all phases of commissary operations through subordinate supervisors and/or leaders.
- Executing Agency policy, sales, and promotional programs.
- Coordinating with Zone Manager in developing and implementing local commissary management policies and procedures.
- Analyzing a variety of management reports to determine efficiency of operations and initiate action to correct deficiencies.
- Managing and monitoring all budget funding expenditures to ensure that execution is within the parameters of the funding program for their individual store.
- Directing, monitoring, and adjusting the overall execution of the store sales plan, ensuring that sales goals and targets are met.
- Establishing, monitoring and adjusting an inventory control program and store security program that focuses on the elimination of fraud, waste, and abuse.
- Establishing, monitoring, and adjusting a variety of programs to include safety, customer relations, sanitation, and patron identification programs.
- Promoting DeCA goals and objectives of the EEO and Affirmative Action Program.
- Participating in customer advisory council meetings.
