JOB DESCRIPTION
- Administrative support to the Corporate Secretarial department
- Ensuring due diligence and compliance is performed
- Generation of reports, maintenance and upkeep of documents and records
- Sending of filing deadline reminders to clients
- Prepare billings and monitor debt recovery
- Answering of phone calls, arrangement of courier service
- Other ad-hoc services when required
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or Diploma holder
- Completed or pursuing SAICSA or relevant post graduate/ professional qualifications will be of advantage
- Experience in administrative support for accounting, corporate secretarial firms or legal firms will be advantageous
- Good working knowledge of the Companies Act 1967
- High professional integrity
- Meticulous attention to fine detail
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Must be able to work independently and interpedently
- Team player
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
