We're recruiting part-time and full-time care assistants to support our clients at home. We have work available inNorwich, Poringland, Loddon, Hethersett, Hingham, Easton and surrounding areas.

For this role you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work. We have a flexible approach for shifts including mornings, days, evenings and nights - you'll usually have every other weekend off for work-life balance.

Key requirements for this role:

- A passion for helping others, previous caring experience is desirable but not essential.

- A driving licence with access to your own vehicle for work is desirable

- You should be flexible to work various shifts, including alternate weekends

To join us as a Care Assistant, you don't need any previous experience.It may be that youhave cared for a vulnerable loved one, experienced a personal loss or be a charitable person that is always looking to help others. That kind of experience gives you rare skills - compassion, understanding and patience.

Day to day, you will visit clients in their own homes and may support them to get washed and dressed (personal care, including toileting needs), or make sure they have grocery supplies, take their medication and have a hot meal, you'll also help them out with household tasks. But that's not why their eyes will light up when you arrive. That'll be because of what you bring to their lives. Human company, reassurance and hopefully some fun.

- Mileage is paid

- You may be required to carry out some delegated healthcare tasks as part of this role, you will undertake additional training led by a registered healthcare professional in these circumstances.
