With exciting projects, this role is a Leadership and management role of the Company Construction Management team across the full lifecycle of the portfolio of construction projects. This is a senior management position and will interact with the company senior management team, reporting to the operations Director as the stage between design and construction phases.

Working with and supported by other members of the senior management team this role is accountable for all projects being successfully managed and delivered to our customers expectations (time, cost, quality and SHE) and ensuring all our staff find this to be a professional, enjoyable, and rewarding place to work.
The successful candidate will do this through:

• Reviewing current and future resource requirements and addressing any discrepancies within the Projects team.
• Allocation and management of Projects resource to meet project workloads and requirements.
• Ensuring current Projects are always compliant with all company standards.
• Ensuring quality assurance is achieved at all stages and that company processes are adhered to.
• Undertaking and/or managing audits of Projects for compliance with company standards
• Ensuring contractual requirements are met and project teams are capable and motivated to achieve those requirements.
• Ensuring the Customer is kept informed of progress and addresses any issues or matters of concern.
• Supporting the enquiry and procurement processes as required
• Delivering a Projects and project services summary report monthly to the SMT.
• Supporting as necessary the company duties underCDM
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 18001 and 45001
