Corptec Technology Partners in Melbourne’s CBD is seeking a full time Software Engineer with the right attitude and skills with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Salary of $75,000 - $80,000 + super for this full-time position for the right person.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding of system functionality and design, conduct research, and analyze options relating to business cases and deliverables to guide optimal decision-making.
• Gather customer feedback on documentation to improve usability.
• Working with agile cross-functional delivery teams to implement Salesforce, FinancialForce ERP, CRM platforms.
• Ensuring all these teams are confident in their ability to deliver the scope of the work for each sprint and getting requirements, dealing with stakeholders.
• Supported previous model releases by analyzing and coding fixes for software problems and Wrote test plans for coded enhancements and participated in software enhancements.
• Tested the product in controlled and real situations before going live.
• Worked closely with all stakeholders in a collaborative way to build quality software.
• Documented all necessary training manuals about how to take advantage of all software functionalities in order to help users to achieve their goals and challenges. Completed analysis, technical documentation, design diagrams and code reviews
• Creating, maintaining, and improving clear and easy to understand documentation along with conducting workshops for these platforms.
• Establishing relationships with a broad technical and non-technical stakeholder group and noting their requirements in a concise and consistent manner with efficient results.
• Successfully participated in group projects.
• Worked with standard Salesforce objects like Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Cases and Opportunities.
• Supported business stakeholders by solving their queries raised on support board.
• Identify defects, assess severity, generate detailed issue reports, and perform regression testing
• Manage bug tracking and assist in issue triaging using software like JIRA, Confluence.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of a relevant Bachelor qualification or equivalent in substantial experience.
Experience Requirement:
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to undergo the above tasks competently.
Essential Skills and Requirements:
• Familiarity with CRM’s such as Salesforce and FinancialForce ERP
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to translate technical topics into clear communications for internal and external audiences
• Team player
• High attention to detail and quality with the ability to work at a fast pace, managing changing deadlines and balancing shifting priorities across multiple projects
• Results-oriented individual with an enthusiastic, can-do attitude and demonstrated pattern of accountable decision making
