Your tasks and responsibilities

• Responsible for picking up and triaging escalated cases of fraudulent activity from Playtech Turnkey Services (PTTS)

• Adhering with the Act, POCA, TACT, LCCP and other guidance by working to Buzz’s set policies and procedures

• Forensic profiling of the customer’s account and opensource footprint to build up a risk-based assessment

• Compassionate meaningful interactions with customers to understand more about their circumstances for Buzz to make decisions effectively on the ongoing business relationship

• Moving customers through to an Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) procedure where the risk-based investigation has deemed there to be considerable responsible gambling, money laundering or fraudulent concern, including requesting and analysing Source of Funds / Source of Wealth (SOF/SOW)

• Requesting extended identity verification if required

• Ensuring appropriate records of regulatory reportable activities are maintained

• Particular focus on ensuring the pipeline of customer risk-based investigations are quick and decisions are made without delay

• Provide quality feedback to the PLAYER PROTECTION Lead to ensure that procedures and policies are continually improved

• Work closely and collaboratively with operational teams from retail and digital to provide a seamless safe gambling environment for our customers

• Provide reports on and escalate any cases that may require the attention of management and/or further monitoring

• Present to the daily Senior Safer Gambling Governance meeting when required

• Dealing with all queries relating to safer gambling, return to gaming etc.

• Completion of Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR)

• Ad hoc queries as required by line manager

Your knowledge and experience

• Previous online similar experience within a regulated environment, preferably within iGaming / Bingo / Casino/ Finance

• Strong understanding of the Act, POCA, TACT, LCCP and other related guidance

• Understanding of rationale and experience undertaking Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) procedures

• Understanding of Data Protection (GDPR) principles

• Proficient in Microsoft windows and some experience of compiling reports

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Campaign Executive to join our team at Buzz Bingo. As a Campaign Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our company's success by supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities


Reviewing incoming briefs from stakeholders to make sure all the key information is included and the campaign goals are clearly understood.
Helping to prioritise all incoming briefs and make sure that the highest priority campaigns receive the best promotional placement through our marketing channels.
Briefing in copy to support campaigns, ensuring the most important messages are clearly set out and that this follows the brand tone of voice.
Briefing in design for assets which are prioritise key messages and are visually engaging but also follow the Buzz brand.
Liaising with our marketing agency for the production and print of physical assets, including budget tracking and management.
Liaising with the CMS team who populate the site pages to make sure campaigns are promoted in the right places.
Liaising with the CRM teams to ensure key campaigns are represented correctly on our customer communication plans.
Following quality check processes to make sure all campaign information and assets are correct and compliant.
Attending meetings with other departments to understand how we can support their campaigns and how they can support ours.
Communicating upcoming campaign plans clearly and concisely with stakeholders, in particular the Customer Service and Social Media teams.
Reviewing completed campaigns, summarising results and presenting them back to stakeholders.
Supporting a test and learn approach to campaigns and contribute ideas for future improvements and tests.
Assisting the wider Retention Team through the completion of admin tasks, split on rotation throughout the team.


Requirements


Experience of supporting marketing through owned channels, such as on site content, point of sale and digital asset creation.

Your tasks and responsibilities

The Infrastructure Engineer role will operate in a Hybrid working arrangement with occasional travel to the Newcastle head office and DC locations. You will be part of a larger Infrastructure team reporting to a Technical Lead who is responsible for both Infrastructure and Network teams.

The role will be split between BAU and Project work, where you will have the opportunity to work with other areas of the business and drive change and improvement where needed. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills, experience and be exposed to Gambling and Bingo specific technologies and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities


Responding to technical support call escalations from the 1st and 2nd line service desk team.
Installing and configuring operating systems and other applications.
Maintain and upgrade the IT infrastructure across the IT estate. (Servers, Storage and End User Devices)
Work on projects to drive forward change at Buzz’s technology stack and produce high-quality documentation along with this.
Working with the wider Infrastructure team to improve our customer experience.
Participation in the on-call Rota and BAU-related activitie


Your knowledge and experience

You should be from a similar role with proven success and be experienced working in a quick-moving and fast-paced environment. Someone who is looking to develop themselves in a larger company and experience new systems and ways of working will be an ideal fit for this position.

You will have proven experience in IT Support and Infrastructure across Cloud, Storage, Physical, and Virtual servers.

Strong Skills in at least five of the following areas:


Microsoft Desktop and Server Operating Systems
VMware Virtualization
SAN and Backup Technologies. (IBM, Commvault and Veeam preferred)
Microsoft Azure
Office 365 Administration
Active Directory/DNS/Group Policy
Physical Server troubleshooting and hardware replacement (HPE and Cisco UCS)
Basic understanding of networking principles

Your tasks and responsibilities


Respond to all telephone-based enquiries from our online and land-based customers
Respond to all email contact from our online and land-based customers
Respond to all Live Chat contact from our online and land-based customers

About you

Your tasks and responsibilities


• Responsible for picking up and triaging escalated cases of fraudulent activity from Playtech Turnkey Services (PTTS)
• Adhering with the Act, POCA, TACT, LCCP and other guidance by working to Buzz’s set policies and procedures
• Forensic profiling of the customer’s account and opensource footprint to build up a risk-based assessment
• Compassionate meaningful interactions with customers to understand more about their circumstances for Buzz to make decisions effectively on the ongoing business relationship
• Moving customers through to an Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) procedure where the risk-based investigation has deemed there to be considerable responsible gambling, money laundering or fraudulent concern, including requesting and analysing Source of Funds / Source of Wealth (SOF/SOW)
• Requesting extended identity verification if required
• Ensuring appropriate records of regulatory reportable activities are maintained
• Particular focus on ensuring the pipeline of customer risk-based investigations are quick and decisions are made without delay
• Provide quality feedback to the PLAYER PROTECTION Lead to ensure that procedures and policies are continually improved
• Work closely and collaboratively with operational teams from retail and digital to provide a seamless safe gambling environment for our customers
• Provide reports on and escalate any cases that may require the attention of management and/or further monitoring
• Present to the daily Senior Safer Gambling Governance meeting when required
• Dealing with all queries relating to safer gambling, return to gaming etc.
• Completion of Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR)
• Ad hoc queries as required by line manager


Your knowledge and experience


• Previous online similar experience within a regulated environment, preferably within iGaming / Bingo / Casino/ Finance
• Strong understanding of the Act, POCA, TACT, LCCP and other related guidance
• Understanding of rationale and experience undertaking Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) procedures
• Understanding of Data Protection (GDPR) principles
• Proficient in Microsoft windows and some experience of compiling reports
• Ambitious personal drive, pragmatic with the ability to think objectively and demonstrate sound judgement
• Analytical and investigative mindset with good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to build effective relationships between individuals, teams and lines of business
