Quality and Compliance Manager
Salary: £44,971 - £50,901 per annum
Location: Nottingham
Hours: 35 (Monday to Friday - requirement to split your time across the main office and the field)

In partnership with a reputable and recognised provider of housing and care, I am looking for an exceptional Quality and Compliance manager to deliver and manage internal systems as well as an established staff team and maintain quality and compliance across OFSTED, CQC and Social Housing Regulations.
As the Quality and Compliance Manager you will report directly to the Director of Homes and Wellbeing. You will manage an experienced team of Quality Assessors and lead on the quality and compliance requirements across the organisation.
You will manage the integrated quality management system teams to ensure compliance with external accreditation's, CQC and the Regulator of Social Housing and Ofsted and as defined by ISO 9001: 2017, 14001:2017 and 45001:2018.
About you
To be successful in this role you will:
" Have previous experience within a Social Care or Health quality role that incorporates the implementation and auditing of ISO standards as mentioned above and have a great understanding of CQC requirements and ideally The Regulator of Social Housing and Ofsted as well.
" Have excellent stakeholder management, communication (both verbal written) and IT skills as well as being able to analyse and report on data.
" Be confident to work autonomously and manage a team predominantly remotely. Knowledge and experience of overseeing a dispersed area is essential.
" Have at least NVQ level 5 Management/Care/Housing or a relevant qualification at an equivalent level
" A valid driving licence and regular access to a car is essential for this post.
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday. You will split your time between the head office and other settings within your patch.
