• Manage processes deployment and necessary tailoring related to product engineering and engineering services. Drive effective change management processes.

Controlling the capital budget and expenditures in related area.
MBR reporting for capital expenditure for Projects and reviews with stakeholders.

Alignment with central functions on manufacturing standards and process technologies.
Participate in the Design reveiw of MAE for projects or customized requriement.
Perform the Layer process audits for each process with the responsible process owner / specilist of
your team.
Participate in seminars/ conferences / key visit to demonstrate the domain expertise.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Software project planning.
To collect the requirements from Mechanical Design Team, Electrical hardware Designer and CustomerTo Document the requirements and make the time plan for the software development activities.
2. Offline Software Development
Develop PLC & HMI software.To Conduct Software review with peers.To fill in the software check lists, identify and record risks with mitigation plan.3. Software Trials & Validation.
To do Software trials on machines.Tryout will be at Bosch Naganathpura Plant or at Customer location for upgradation projects.To record the OPL’s and completion of the same.
4. Commissioning of Stations
To travel to Customer location, both inland and abroad as and when required.

What you would do:

• Build and manage the data engineering team at RBEI
• Enable the talent acquisition process: Interviewing, hiring, and training
• Coach, lead, and motivate engineering team to deliver on projects
• Develop evaluation criteria that will serve to measure progress and effectiveness of team operations and of product / services
• Define and build the plan to implement the team objectives consistent with organization objectives
• Plan and formulate programs, monitor progress against project schedules and budgets; allocation of resources as required to accomplish goals
• Partner with business users, data scientists, and application experts in delivering a data engineering roadmap that enables faster development of AI based functions for automated driving
