As an Admin and data entry, responsible for performing various administrative tasks, entering and managing data accurately, and supporting the overall administrative functions of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and update data into databases and spreadsheets. Verify the accuracy of data to ensure quality and integrity.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and managing correspondence.
- Documentation: Maintain and organize digital and physical records, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel. Provide general information and assistance to clients and staff.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. Coordinate and manage calendars for team members.
- Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level/ A-Level with min 1 year relevant experience in logistics/supply chain management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Able to work 5.5 days work week
- Office next to Joo Koon MRT station
