Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor (Grade 4). As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with customers, resolve inquiries, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities
Assist customers in a professional and timely manner, resolving inquiries and issues to their satisfaction.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products and services through phone, email, and chat channels.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, policies, and procedures.
Identify and escalate complex or high-priority issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
Ensure all customer interactions are accurately documented and tracked in our CRM system.
Participate in ongoing trainings and self-development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer inquiries.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £12.71
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
