Responsibilities
Conduct detailed property surveys and inspections to assess condition and value.
Prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings, recommendations, and valuations.
Collaborate with clients to understand their property needs and provide expert advice.
Work alongside engineers and architects to ensure compliance with building regulations.
Stay updated on local and national property laws, regulations, and market trends.
Perform property market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities.
Assist in the planning and execution of property development and renovation projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in surveying, real estate, or a related field.
Professional licensure or certification as a Property Surveyor is preferred.
Proven experience in property surveying and valuation techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and client interactions.
Familiarity with property management software and survey tools.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
Hours Per Week: 36.00

End Time: 17:00
Pay Rate: £222.54
Location: Westminster, South West London
