Description
We are seeking a qualified Property Surveyor who can accurately and efficiently assess real estate properties. The Property Surveyor will be responsible for conducting detailed examinations and measurements of properties to determine boundaries, dimensions, and physical conditions. They will also collect and analyze data, such as deeds, maps, and legal records, to prepare reports documenting their findings and recommendations.
The successful candidate must have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. They should also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be required to interact with clients and stakeholders on a regular basis. The Property Surveyor must also be proficient in the use of surveying equipment, such as total stations and GPS, and have a solid understanding of land surveying principles and techniques.
Responsibilities
Conduct property surveys to determine boundaries, dimensions, and physical conditions
Measure and record property features, such as topography, elevations, and landmarks
Prepare accurate and detailed reports documenting survey findings and recommendations
Review and analyze legal records, maps, and deeds to gather information for surveys
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
Utilize surveying equipment, such as total stations and GPS, to collect data
Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients regarding property boundaries and conditions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Professional licensure as a Land Surveyor
Minimum of 3 years of experience in property surveying
Proficient in the use of surveying equipment, such as total stations and GPS
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Solid understanding of land surveying principles and techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property surveying
Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software is a plus
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different survey sites as needed

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £28.72
Location: North London
