Job Description:
The Client Experience Associate is integral to ensuring our team and client needs are supported and delivered with excellent service. This role serves our Talent Management Practice and clients daily through administrative support and purposeful participation and execution internal team projects.
Areas of Focus:
Assessment Support
- Monitor and respond to assessment requests that come through the website portal
- Schedule and administer assessments for client candidates
- Download assessment results and store electronic copies on file server per standard protocol
- Update Database tracking with status of testing for internal and external stakeholders
- Actively support client and candidate calls about assessments; support a solution or route to a team member as needed
- Assign client testing to consultants
- Ensures client assessments are accurate and professional by proofreading; provide feedback to consultants when needed to ensure clarity and consistency
- Support the scheduling of candidate interviews as needed
Client Teams Support
- Executes client tasks through client team project plan
- Prepares client and participant communications, post-event action items
- Responsible for multiple client relationships simultaneously and knows how to prioritize each to meet expectations and deadlines
- Communicates effectively with team members when collaborating on client work
- Lead sub-projects and ensure tasks are completed on time, within scope and budget
- Other responsibilities as needed to help drive to our vision, mission and live by our values
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and action-oriented
- Ability to meet deadlines and remain focused while managing multiple priorities and projects
- Ability and knowledge to work with the Microsoft suite of office products
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of team
- Strong orientation to client and internal and external customer needs
