Role Purpose:

As a Property Litigator, you will play a key role in representing clients in a wide range of commercial property disputes. You will be responsible for handling a varied caseload, including landlord and tenant matters, easements, adverse possession, restrictive covenants, and rights to light.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advising and representing clients in a variety of property litigation matters.
- Conducting legal research and analysis.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as pleadings, court orders, and
contracts.
- Representing clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and
mediations.
- Managing case files and deadlines effectively.
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service.

Skills and Experience:

- Qualified Solicitor with experience in property litigation.
