Role Description
We are looking for a Junior Technical Specialist in Malaysia to join our dynamic team.
As a Technical Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in presenting and promoting our product features, benefits and top qualities to potential customers. You will be the go-to person for expert assistance, addressing technical queries and troubleshooting any issues customers may encounter.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a high energy level and be able to perform each essential duty in a timely and effective manner. Responsibilities
- Conduct product presentations to showcase features, benefits and applications to potential clients, including interior designers, carpenters and architects.
- Provide expert assistance to customers for product troubleshooting, addressing technical queries and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Deliver comprehensive product training sessions tailored to the specific needs of interior designers, carpenters and architects, empowering them to utilize our products effectively in their projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to organize and execute product training programs for key customers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Conduct product presentations to showcase features, benefits and applications to potential clients, including interior designers, carpenters, and architects.
- Provide expert assistance to customers for product troubleshooting, addressing technical queries and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments and competitor offerings to provide informed guidance and recommendations to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and challenges to provide personalized support and guidance.
- Assist in the development of product documentation, training materials, and resources to facilitate effective product adoption and usage.
- Able to liaise and communicates with carpenters and knowledge in carpentry processing.
- Update of technical report and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Diplomas, A-Level or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 1-year related experience.
- Must possess own vehicle and must be willing to travel nationwide (entire Malaysia).
- Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in carpentry industry.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to diverse personalities.
- Good Presentation Skill
