BCA Fleet Solutions Ltd are looking for an organised and driven Assistant Management Accountant to join our finance team.

The successful candidate will work closely with the rest of finance teams accountants and operations personnel and handle day-to-day accountancy responsibilities. We’re an energetic company and are looking for a passionate individual to join our team and assist in the implementation of efficiencies, uniformed processes and assist in the day-to-day financials.

Your key responsibilities will be:


Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of some balance sheet nominals in preparation for both internal and external audit including providing all supporting evidence and addressing reconciling items each month.
Preparing and posting journals utilising support reports where appropriate.
Quarterly VAT preparation for review and submission. Instruct VAT payments as appropriate.
Work with the current team to improve systems and procedures, and initiate corrective actions where applicable.
Work closely with the finance team to ensure uniformed, accurate and efficient accounting procedures.
Other Year end audit support.
Adhoc duties to assist the team.

Supreme Wheels is a Specialist Alloy Wheel Refurbishment company based in Tongwell, Milton Keynes. Though recent recruitment has taken place, due to our continuing expansion and workload, further staff are required.

An exciting opportunity has risen at Supreme Wheels , and we are looking for an experienced mobile repair technician to join our growing team in the London area.

Your key responsibilities will be:


Represent our team with a high passion for customer service
Work closely with the planning team on daily logistics
Carry out painted and diamond cut repairs on alloys
Perform quality checks
Use own initiative to help resolve any difficult situations
Manage stock levels
Document work log
Maintain the upkeep of the van and report any defects
Adhere to health and safety requirements


To be successful, you’ll bring some of the following experience with you:


Full clean UK driving licence held for a minimum of 3 years.
Experienced within smart repairs either in a bodyshop or mobile.
Previous experience removing/ refitting wheels to cars.
Previous experience using wet paint/ lacquer.
Previous experience using a lathe would benefit but not essential (training to be provided).
Great attention to detail
Able to adhere to daily deadlines

Pulling out dents with aid of pin puller, slide hammers, miracle pulled, jig and panel beating hammers
Completing minor and major filler work on the panels
Supporting bodyshop team within other departments if required
Training bodyshop trainee staff


To be successful, you’ll bring some of the following experience with you:


Previous experience in a similar role as a Bodyshop Technician / Panel Beater
Full UK Driving Licence
Willing to support junior techs and offer support/expertise when needed.
You will be passionate to work within the motor industry and take pride in their work, to the highest standards of work set by customers
You will need to work independently on vehicles and have experience to make decisions when required
