We offer comprehensive training, fully paid induction and on-going Continued Professional Development (CPD) opportunities.
As a Independent Living Skills, your role will be to manage the classroom environment alongside the living lead this may be teaching the skills under supervision and instruction from the independent living lead. You will ensure all students remain on task with the work they have been set. The role also requires the candidate to support the living lead in the planning and preparation of resource. It is important for the candidate to have the skills and confidence needed to keep the class motivated and focused so they can work on the activities set and prepared for them. The role requires you to support pupils as they work through the lesson and to understand how to help them to complete tasks, where needed.

You will need to be double Covid vaccinated
You will need to be comfortable in providing intimate care
You will need to have a full clean driving licence, and be willing to drive a School vehicle
