About the Role:
As the sole Business Analyst within this team, you will be working closely with stakeholders across the organisation and hold the following accountabilities:
Ensure the local enterprise systems & applications are secure and maintained, escalating critical issues with third parties.
Liaise with stakeholders across business units to understand their specific & unique requirements, working with them to prototype solutions.
Assess the current-state of business systems and processes, map out the future-state, and conduct a gap analysis to understand what improvements need to be made ultimately to improve efficiency & reduce duplication.
Manage system related initiatives from beginning to end, creating and delivering end-user training materials, facilitating hypercare activities, and communicating
